We operate from 17 Rushton Terrace, Bradford, BD3 8PY, England, UK. All orders are processed and handled from our UK location.
3. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, MissDomo offers free shipping on all orders. There are no minimum purchase requirements and no additional delivery fees.
4. How long does shipping take?
Once your order has been processed, delivery typically takes around 5-9 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is dispatched.
5. Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we ship within the United Kingdom only. If international shipping becomes available in the future, we will update this page.
6. What is your return policy?
We offer a free 15-day return policy. This means you may return your item within 15 days of receiving it, as long as it is unused, in its original condition and includes all tags and packaging. 8. Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@missdomo.co.uk or call +44 7344 517030. If your order has already been shipped, we may not be able to make changes, but we can still help you initiate a return after delivery.
